New Website
NOI Engineering is pleased to announce the launch of its new website, which was designed around NOI’s core service offerings - Energy and Sustainability Due Diligence™. Underscoring the firms’ bottom-line engineering approach, the new website contains a Client File Cabinet that facilitates report and data transmittal both to and from clients, negating the need for e-mail, postal, or courier services. NOI’s Remote Energy Monitoring service can also be accessed through the newly designed site, providing a one-stop-shop client tool. This not only streamlines client interaction and dialogue by facilitating the exchange of information, but further emphasizes the firms’ bottom line mindset by implicitly acknowledging our client’s time. Prospective employees may easily submit resumes directly to NOI Engineering by way of the newly designed website as are Requests for Proposal’s.

NOI Engineering is primarily focused on adding value to our client’s “bottom-line”, whether economic, environmental or social, and is substantially different than typical engineering firms providing traditional Acquisition/due diligence services. Namely, NOI’s initiative has been tailored to assist building owners, managers, and lenders to understand the ramifications of “green” or “sustainable” building design or retrofit features (or the lack thereof). Particularly, NOI is able to leverage the property’s existing systems by profiling historic energy demands to optimize building operations and ultimately the property value at disposition. NOI’s team possesses a variety of professional accreditations including licensed Professional Engineers, Certified LEED Accredited Professionals, and Green Building Engineers, to name only a few.
